Meeting Attendees Report: Where Did Everyone Go?

It seems like some people have gone missing in action. Let's review the attendance log:

Bob Smith: Last seen making a break room run for extra donuts.
Jane Doe: Currently MIA, possibly lost in the parking garage.
John Doe: Claimed he had an "emergency" that required his immediate attention. Probably just playing video games.
Jim Bob: Was here, but only for a few minutes. He said he was "just dropping off a report" but we all know what he was really doing.
