"We all know that the purpose of a meeting is to discuss the obvious," Bob declared, "but have you ever stopped to think about what's truly obvious?"

"Is it not the case that the purpose of a meeting is to create more meetings?" countered Jane from HR.

"That," Bob replied, "is a topic for another discussion."
