Stephen is a master of both the laws of physics and the laws of the oven.

Stephen has a PhD in physics and a PhD in baking. He can calculate the trajectory of a particle and the perfect ratio of flour to sugar in a cake. His motto: "Science is the best way to make something that's out of this world."
