Mishap 2: Where the coffee machine was on fire and nobody knew how to use the fire extinguisher.
The Great Leader, in a rare moment of clarity, decreed that the office would be reorganized to accommodate the new "Mishap Response Protocol" - a system that would allow us to better handle the increasingly frequent mishaps.
However, as it often does, the system malfunctioned and instead of responding to emergencies, it started spewing out an endless loop of "Who let the dogs in?"
Now we're stuck in some sort of bureaucratic purgatory, with meetings and memos and "Mishap Response Protocol" training sessions that never seem to end.
But we digress. On to the next mishap:
