Decree 101B: Mandatory Attendance to Tyrants' Tea Time

By order of the Council of Overlords, it is decreed that all attendees shall be present in the Great Hall for the weekly gathering known as Tyrants' Tea Time.

Failure to comply will result in the imposition of severe penalties, including but not limited to:

• Withholding of snacks and refreshments
• Revocation of privileges
• Assignment to menial tasks
