1. Find a suitable shipping container ( preferably not one that's been used for storing toxic waste )
2. Install a 3D printer ( or 20 ) in the top section
3. Connect it to the internet ( via a series of hamsters on a hamster wheel )
4. Market the "shipping-mansion" as a luxury product for hipsters

Next Steps:

1. Meet with investors ( preferably ones who've never been to a meeting in their life )
2. Get the city council on board ( or bribe them )
3. Call a press conference ( preferably with a press secretary )
