**Extra Merit Pay: The Budget Review**
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the company has been forced to allocate additional funds for Extra Merit Pay.
This meeting is to review the current budget and determine how to allocate the new funds. We will discuss and vote on various proposals, including:
- The Merit Payroll, a comprehensive list of employees eligible for Extra Merit Pay.
- The Extra Merit Pay Rules, a detailed document outlining the criteria for receiving Extra Merit Pay.
- The Merit Pay Appeals, a process for disputing any decisions made regarding Extra Merit Pay.
We will have a 15-minute break at 2:30 PM for snacks and refreshments. During this time, we will also be conducting an unofficial poll to determine the most popular Extra Merit Pay recipient.
