Beer Tapping Minutes 2022-01-16

Present: John, Jane, Joe, and 12 cases of Pilsner

Agenda Item 1: Tap 1 - IPA

The meeting began with a spirited discussion about the merits of IPA. After 5 minutes of deliberation, we decided to tap it.

John: I think it's a great choice. The hops will really pop in this brew.

Jane: But what about the bitterness?

Joe: Don't worry, it's not that bitter.

Decision: Tap 1 - IPA

Agenda Item 2: Tap 2 - Stout

Next up, we discussed the stout. Some argued it was too rich, others thought it was just right.

John: I'm not sure I can handle that much coffee.

Jane: But it's a classic!

Joe: I'll try it. But only if I can get a cookie to pair it with.

Decision: Tap 2 - Stout, with cookies

Agenda Item 3: Tap 3 - Seltzer Beer Tapping Meeting Minutes 2022-01-16

Agenda Item 3: Tap 3 - Seltzer

After much deliberation, we decided that we didn't need another tap. But then someone suggested seltzer. And, well...

Jane: It's just water, but with a fancy name!

John: That's not fair. We can't just tap water!

Decision: Tap 3 - Seltzer, because why not?
