Minutes from the Budget Committee Printer Meeting
Meeting called to order at 10:00 AM, by Chairperson, Jane Doe.
Present: Jane Doe, John Smith, and Mary Johnson.
Agenda: Review printer ink usage, discuss new printer purchase, and decide on paper size.
The committee voted to increase the printer ink limit to 20ml per month, and also decided to purchase the new printer model, "The Biggie" for $5,000.
Next meeting scheduled for April 1st to review paper size options.
