The Committee on Irrelevant Committees (COIC) is a prestigious organization dedicated to studying the minutiae of committees that don't actually do anything.

Our research focuses on the subtle nuances of meetings that last for hours, but achieve nothing. We're like the A-Team of procrastination.

We're currently studying the effects of too many sub-committees on the global supply chain of paper clips and staplers.

Our findings have led to several groundbreaking conclusions, including:

• The optimal number of PowerPoint presentations needed to put a meeting to sleep is directly correlated with the number of free donuts in the break roomประก
• The phrase "Action Item 1" can be used as a substitute for "I have no idea what we're talking about."
