In the year 2050, the Ministry of Redundancy and Excess declared that all forms must be filled out in triplicate, with a carbon copy kept in the filing cabinet of doom.

Section 4, Subsection A: All forms must be submitted with a minimum of 17 pages of irrelevant paperwork, including but not limited to:

• Form 345-B: Application for Permission to Apply for Permission
• Form 421-D: Declaration of Intent to Declare Intent
• Form 654-E: Affidavit of Bureaucratic Compliance
