Mandate 1235, Section 2, Subsection 3, Article 7:
By the Power vested in us, the Bureaucratic Council of Extreme Proportions hereby decrees:
That all meetings shall be held on Wednesdays, except on Wednesdays preceding a Holiday, in which case they shall be moved to Thursday.
That all forms shall be filled out in triplicate, and that each form shall be accompanied by a minimum of three (3) supporting documents.
That all employees shall arrive precisely 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start time, and that any tardiness shall be met with severe penalties.
By the power vested in us, this Mandate shall be upheld with unyielding ferocity.
