Mandate #5: The Bureaucratic Mandate of Extreme Detail

• Section 2: Prohibition on Using Any Word Without First Consulting the Bureaucratic Dictionary
• Section 3: Mandatory Use of 12-Page Agenda
• Section 4: Prohibition on Using Any Slang or Colloquialisms
