CALLED: Emergency Meeting of the Bureaucratic Council

WHEREAS: The Bureaucratic Council has convened toประก approved the purchase of 1000 rubber chickens for the office;

WHEREAS: These chickens will be used to provide comfort and entertainment for all Bureaucrats, Sub-Bureaucrats, and Bureaucratic Minions;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the purchase of 1000 rubber chickens is hereby approved.
