Resolution #9000: The Bureaucratic Overkill was passed in a 3am session by the Council of Bureaucrats, after a grueling 17-hour debate.
It requires all meetings to include a minimum of 3 PowerPoint presentations, 2 breaks, and 1 catered snack.
Any meeting not adhering to these requirements will be subject to immediate revocation of all privileges, including but not limited to:
Amendment #1: All meetings will now be held on Tuesdays, as this is scientifically proven to be the most productive day of the week.
Amendment #2: All meetings will now be conducted in a state of simulated gravity, to increase focus and reduce eye contact.
