Rule 3a: Mandatory Meetings and Mandatory Fun

Article 1: The Bureaucratic Code of Conduct

In accordance with the Bureaucratic Code, Article 1, Section 3a, it is hereby declared that all meetings shall be mandatory and fun.

Any employee found in violation of this rule shall be subject to a mandatory meeting with the Bureaucratic Review Board, where they will be forced to watch an endless loop of PowerPoint presentations and listen to the sound of a dripping faucet.

The meeting shall be held in a room with a minimum of 12 conference tables, and shall be attended by a minimum of 7 middle managers.
