Present: Bureaucrat-in-Charge (BIC) and 3 other Bureaucrats

Objective: To discuss the merits of a new policy

Agenda:

Decisions:

Decision 1: "Procrastination is a Virtue"

Resolution: All Bureaucrats shall henceforth procrastinate on all non-essential tasks.

Decision 2: "Red Tape is the Lifeblood of Bureaucracy"

Resolution: All Bureaucrats shall henceforth fill out forms in triplicate and in triplicate again, for the sake of redundancy.

Decision 3: "Saying Nothing is the Key to Success"

Resolution: All Bureaucrats shall from now on avoid answering questions with more than three words.
