It all started innocently enough. A simple meeting to discuss the merits of cheddar vs. brie. But things quickly took a turn for the worse. The team was torn. Some were for the creamy texture and mild flavor of brie, while others were die-hard fans of the sharp, tangy taste of cheddar.
