Coffee Machine Malfunction: Phase 1 - Initial Assessment

Reports are coming in of a critical system failure in the break room coffee machine.

Initial reports indicate the brew cycle has stalled, but we are unable to determine the cause of the malfunction.

The following protocols will be implemented:

• Check power cord
• Inspect brew head for blockages
• Perform system reboot
