As a valued member of the Meeting R Us team, we want to ensure that you have the best possible experience while attending our meetings. To this end, we have established the following policy for our coffee machine:
**Policy:** All employees are entitled to one free cup of coffee per meeting, provided it is not a Monday meeting. If it is a Monday meeting, you must purchase your own coffee.
**Exceptions:** In the event of a meeting that runs longer than 2 hours, all attendees are entitled to two free cups of coffee. However, if the meeting is a Monday meeting, you are still required to purchase your own coffee.
**Penalty Clause:** Repeatedly asking for refills or attempting to bypass the coffee machine will result in a 1-hour meeting time penalty. This penalty will be applied to the meeting leader's schedule for the next meeting. If the meeting leader is also the CEO, they will be forced to listen to an endless loop of elevator music during the next meeting.
