MEETINGS COMMITTEE: Phase 4 Minutes

Phase 4 of the Meetings Committee was a wild ride. We discussed the importance of discussing the importance of meetings, and the futility of trying to schedule them without a functioning coffee machine.

Attendees:

• Chairperson, Jane Doe (via video conference from her beach house)
• Tom Johnson (late, as usual)
• Bob Smith (early, as usual)
• Carol Brown (brought her own coffee)
• Mike Davis (brought his dog, who barked loudly throughout the meeting)

Agenda:

• Discussion of the meaning of life
• Resolution to never have meetings on Tuesdays again
• Decision to have more meetings on Wednesdays
• Unanimous vote to have the next meeting on a boat

Actions Items:

• Send a strongly-worded email to the coffee machine manufacturer
• Assign a committee to research the feasibility of having meetings on a boat
• Develop a plan to deal with Tom's chronic lateness
