MEETING OF THE MAYHEM

Mandate 1: All meetings shall be held in a dimly lit room with a single flickering fluorescent light.

Resolution: All attendees must bring a spare set of batteries for their chair's stapler, which is prone to jamming.

Mandate 2: The color scheme for all documents shall be a strict adherence to the color wheel's "Burnt Sienna" and "Burnt Maroon" hues.

Resolution: All reports exceeding 5 pages in length shall be submitted on hand-cranked mimeographs, which will be kept in a locked cabinet.

Mandate 3: All attendees are required to wear their best "I'm a Functionary" tie or equivalent.

Resolution: Any failure to comply will result in a 3-day suspension of privileges and a mandatory attendance at "Bureaucratician Bertrand's" motivational seminar.
