2023 Committee Meeting Minutes

January 1st, 2023

Present: Chairperson Jane, Members Bob, Alice, and John, plus two special guests: Bob's wife and the coffee machine.

Agenda:

• 1. Discussion on the best way to spend the company's $1000 Christmas bonus
• 2. Review of the new coffee machine (it's a real game-changer)
• 3. Election of the most likely to be late for the meeting

Actions Taken:

• 1. We agreed to spend the bonus on "World's Okayest Dad" coffee mugs (10 for $20 each)
• 2. The new coffee machine was deemed a success, with 90% of the team members reporting a 20% increase in productivity
• 3. Bob was elected the most likely to be late, but only because he was 10 minutes early
