Present: Bob, Steve, and Jane. Absent: Joe. Apologies were not received from Joe. Next meeting in 10 minutes, when Joe will probably still be absent.

Actions: Action 1: Bob will send an email to Joe, asking him to be more present. Action 2: Steve will write a report on reports.
