the members of this esteemed committee have convened in the spirit of productivity and efficiency, it is hereby decreed that:
Article 1: All members of this committee are hereby required to sharpen their pencils at least once per quarter.
Article 2: The sharpening of said pencils shall be done with a machine that has been certified by the International Pencil Sharpening Federation (IPSF).
Article 3: Failure to comply with this resolution shall result in a penalty of at least 5 extra minutes of meetings per session.
