CEPC Certification is the highest honor a barista can receive. To earn it, one must demonstrate exceptional knowledge of the Coffee Enforcement Protocols, as well as an unshakeable commitment to the craft.
Protocols include, but are not limited to:
- Correctly brewing a cup of coffee
- Not spilling coffee on your shirt
- Using the correct type of coffee mug
- Not using creamer as a mixer
