Decision 002: The Great Cookie Heist

The Quality of Life Committee has met to discuss the pressing matter of cookies. Specifically, who gets to eat them.

Background:

It all started when Bob from Accounting discovered a cookie in the break room. He claimed it as his own, but the rest of the staff disagreed.

• Arguments for Bob:
• I found it first!
• It was in the break room, so it's not really anyone's cookie.
• Arguments against Bob:
• But it was clearly labeled "Property of Accounting" with a Post-it note.
• The break room is not a "no man's land," it's a public space.

Decision:

After much debate, the committee decided that cookies in the break room are, in fact, a free-for-all. But only on Fridays.

And only for those who have eaten their vegetables.

And only if they've done their TPS reports on time.
