Quality of Life Committee - Mission Statement

Mission: To ensure that all sentient beings within our organization are adequately caffeinated and well-rested.

The Quality of Life Committee is dedicated to making sure that every employee's basic needs are met, and that no one is forced to sacrifice their sanity for the sake of productivity.

Goals:

• Provide a minimum of 3 hours of paid nap time daily for all employees.
• Install a snack vending machine that dispenses free, gourmet donuts and artisanal coffee.
• Implement a noise-cancelling sound system that blocks out the sound of our sadistic manager's laughter.
