Nap Time Schedule for the Quality of Life Committee
As a subcommittee of the Quality of Life Committee, we are dedicated to maximizing human productivity by ensuring adequate napping opportunities.
Schedule
- Monday: 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM, 30-minute naps, 15-minute break for snoring
- Wednesday: 10:00 AM - 10:45 AM, 45-minute naps, 20-minute break for cat cuddling
- Friday: 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM, 90-minute naps, 30-minute break for meditation and stretching
Important note: These times are subject to change based on individual sleep needs and availability of pillows.
