CONTRACT NEGOTIATION PROTOCOL FOR MEETINGS

Agreement of Terms for the Sane and the Insane.

• Article 1: All meetings shall be conducted with a minimum of two (2) cups of coffee.
• Article 2: No meeting shall commence without a 10-minute power nap.
• Article 3: The meeting shall be adjourned immediately upon the appearance of the first gray cloud.
• Article 4: The use of "synergy" as a buzzword shall be punishable by law.
• Article 5: All meetings shall be conducted with an open mind and a closed laptop.
