It's the morning after, and the decision is made. The fate of the company is sealed.
But what happens now?
Well, first of all, we need to get some coffee. Like, a LOT of coffee. And maybe some donuts.
Then, we need to figure out the logistics of the decision. Who gets to do what? Who has to move to the new office? Who has to deal with the inevitable influx of lawyers and consultants?
And, of course, we need to send out some emails. Lots and lots of emails.
