Decision: Implement new coffee machine

After 3 hours of deliberation, we have come to the following conclusion:

• Procurement of said machine will be outsourced to Contractors Inc. for a minimum of $10,000.
• The machine will be located in the break room, directly opposite the existing water cooler.
• The new machine will be programmed to dispense only coffee, and only between the hours of 9am and 3pm, Monday through Friday.

Implementation will take approximately 6-8 weeks, pending approval of the aforementioned contractors.

A follow-up meeting has been scheduled for 6pm on Friday to review progress.
