DECISION:
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have decided to cancel the company picnic and replace it with a potluck.
RATIONALE:
We cannot trust Bob to grill the burgers, and Jane's vegan options are always suspect.
ACTION ITEMS:
- Alice will be in charge of the potluck.
- Bob will provide 3 kinds of dip for the chips.
NEXT MEETING:
Our next meeting will be on 2023-03-14 at 2:00 PM to discuss the new coffee machine.
