A Time-Tested Approach to Conflict Resolution
When the fate of the company hangs in the balance, why not resort to the classic game of Rock-Paper-Scissors?
It's the perfect solution for:
- Disputes over who ate the last donut in the break room
- Matters of great importance, like whose turn it is to clean the fridge
- Even just for the fun of it all
Here's how it works:
- Each participant places a hand in a designated area (usually a small table or a designated box)
- On the count of three, each participant simultaneously throws one of three hand signals: rock, paper, or scissors
- The winner is determined by the following rules:
- Rock beats scissors (because, let's face it, rock is just better)
- Scissors beats paper (because who needs a sharp mind when you have sharp blades?]
- Paper beats rock (because, well, it's just more interesting)
