Decision Point 1: Solar Power
Motion: To invest $10,000,000 in solar paneling on the south face of the Council Tower.
Rationale: The Council Tower is currently powered by the world's most expensive electricity bill, and we're not exactly swimming in spare change.
Vote: 8-0-2 (witheld by the Minister of Fossil Fuels)
Decision Point 2: Wind Power
Motion: To erect 20 wind turbines on the outskirts of the Council Lands.
Rationale: The Council Tower's current energy needs are a mere 2 orders of magnitude larger than the current wind power output, so we're clearly not even close to reaching our energy goals.
Vote: 9-1 (witheld by the Minister of Slightly-Less-Expensive Electricity)
