As we all know, the original problem was solved last week. But, somehow, we ended up with 3x more meetings to discuss it. And, somehow, the solution is now 3x more complicated than it was last week. This is the stickier problem.
The main issues are:
- Overly complex solution
- Overly complicated implementation
- Overly large number of stakeholders
Some possible solutions:
- Use fewer words to describe the solution
- Use fewer stakeholders to implement the solution
- Use fewer meetings to discuss the solution
