Meeting Minutes for the Intergalactic Feline Council

Meeting Date: 23rd of Felinebruary, 2023

Meeting Purpose: To determine the optimal belly-rub technique for the galaxy's most discerning felines.

Attendees:

• President Whiskerface, Feline Overlord of Andromeda
• Minister Purrington, Feline Minister of Interdimensional Affairs
• Lord McFlufferson, Feline Representative from the Planet of the Fuzzy Spheres

Agenda Items:

• Discussion of the merits of vertical vs. horizontal belly rubs
• The establishment of a galactic standard for catnip potency
• Debate on the role of laser pointers in feline entertainment

Decisions:

1. It was decided that vertical belly rubs are superior to horizontal ones.

2. A new standard for catnip potency will be established by the Feline Ministry of Interdimensional Affairs.

3. The use of laser pointers in feline entertainment is deemed acceptable as long as they are not shone directly into the eyes of any feline attendee.
