Decision #5: Colors

After careful consideration and much debate, the tyrant in question has made the bold decision to implement a strict color palette:

Only three colors will be permitted:

1. #FF0 - The official "I'm a Tyrant" color
2. #C00 - Used for highlighting important announcements
3. #000 - For, well, everything else

Any deviation from this strict color policy will be met with swift and merciless repercussions.
