Declaring Busyness

Here is the formal declaration of busyness, as decreed by the Council of Overwhelmed Individuals.

Article 1: The Law of Overcommitting

Section 1: Article 1.1: "All meetings shall be considered busy, unless specifically exempted by a higher authority."

Section 1: Article 1.2: "Any meeting that lasts longer than 15 minutes shall be considered a 'meeting-gone-wrong'."

Section 2: Article 2.1: "Any person found to be available shall be immediately reassigned to a different meeting."
