Section 8, Sub-Section 3, Article 12 of the Galactic Union of Intergalactic Confectioners (GUIGC):
ARTICLE XII: All cookies served on GUIGC member planets must be at least 4 inches in diameter and made from a minimum of 75% certified organic matter.
AUTHORIZATION XII-A: All cookie manufacturers must obtain a special permit to operate on GUIGC member planets.
AUTHORIZATION XII-B: Cookies served on GUIGC member planets are subject to random inspections by the GUIGC Cookie Enforcement Agency.
