Subprotocol 2: The Uncontested Decision
In the event of an emergency meeting, all non-essential personnel are to report directly to the nearest exit. All decisions are binding, and all decisions are final. In the case of a tie, the decision will be made by the meeting leader, who has been trained in the ancient art of "Meeting-Fu."
