Where the art of thinking about the problem is the problem.

Brainstorming is where we come up with ideas, but not necessarily good ones.

Evaluation is where we decide which ideas are worth implementing, but only after a few cups of coffee.

Implementation is where we turn the good ideas into things that don't work.

Revision is where we fix the broken things.

Or at least, that's the theory.
