1. Coffee Breakdowns

• Jim: The coffee machine has stopped dispensing coffee, again.
• Jane: We must find a solution, or the employees will riot.
• Mike: I've tried, but my IT magic is weak.
• Tom: I can try to fix it, but no promises.
• Bob: We'll give Tom a chance, because we have no other option.

2. New Employee Orientation

• Liz: We must make sure the new guy knows where the break room is.
• Jim: I'll show him, but only if I can use my new employee handbook.
• Bob: The handbook is a living document, don't touch it.
