Galactic Mumbling Decisions

After an emergency meeting with the Intergalactic Mumbling Council, the following decisions were made:

1. Article 7 of the Mumbling Treaty was amended to allow for the consumption of sentient jellyfish on Tuesdays.
2. The Andromedian invasion of Planet Zorgon was deemed "totally not a thing."
3. The use of the phrase "Galactic Mumbling Decisions" as a catchphrase was made official.
