Case Study 3: The Mysterious Case of the Missing Minutes

Case Study 3: The Mysterious Case of the Missing Minutes

This case study is a classic example of the perils of poor meeting planning.

It was a typical Tuesday morning when it happened. The meeting was supposed to start at 9:00 AM, but by 9:30 AM, the minutes were still missing. No one had taken notes, no one had recorded audio, and no one had bothered to send out reminders.

The team was in disarray, with everyone looking at each other with a "who, me?" expression.

We will never know what was discussed, or what was decided, or what was eaten for snacks (it was probably just stale coffee and stale donuts).

But that's not the point. The point is that someone, somewhere, should have taken some notes.

Or better yet, someone should have just recorded the whole meeting, and uploaded it to YouTube. Then we'd have some real evidence.
