Minutes of the 2023-02-24 Maintenance Meeting

Attendees: John, Jane, Bob, and Alice. Also, the coffee machine.

Quorum: 4

Start time: 10:00 AM. End time: 11:15 AM. Lunch break: 10:30-11:15 AM.

• Action 1:
1. Check the oil in the coffee machine. It was a little low.
2. Replace the oil. Also, add a packet of sugar to the sugar jar.

Action 2:

1. Fix the toilet that's been out of order since 2018.
2. Call the plumber. They'll fix it for $100.

• Action 3:
1. Call the IT department to ask them what they're doing with our passwords.
2. Also, ask them if they have any spare staplers.

By unanimous consent, the meeting was adjourned at 11:15 AM.

Also, someone asked for more donuts.

Next meeting in 6 months, or when the coffee machine breaks, whichever comes first.
