DECISION:
It was DECIDED that the missing donuts in the break room were, in fact, a result of a rogue intern's prank gone wrong. Said intern was identified as "Bob" and has been placed on disciplinary probation.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
The team recommends that Bob be forced to watch an endless loop of elevator music for a minimum of 2 hours as a form of punishment.
DECISION:
The meeting chair (ourselves) DECIDED that this punishment be upheld, but only on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Mondays and Fridays are reserved for the annual "Donut Taste Test" where we try to find the perfect replacement for the stolen donuts.
