We're discussing the new break policy, which will be enforced with an iron fist.
As per new regulations, breaks will be strictly 15 minutes long and must be taken in the break room, not by the water cooler, which has been designated for emergency use only.
Any deviation will result in a sternly worded email and/or a mandatory attendance meeting with HR.
