• The Infinite Improbability Drive has reached critical mass and is now a danger to itself.
• The Department of Temporal Affairs has reported a rift in the fabric of space-time.
• The coffee machine in the conference room has been deemed sentient and will not be silenced.
• The CEO has forgotten their password and cannot access the meeting agenda.
