Bernard the Absentee was a member of the Meeting of the Mayhem Committee. Or so we're told. We've never actually seen him in a meeting in person.
See his notes from our meetings, which were probably just doodles and scribbles on a napkin. We have his phone number, but it's just a series of random digits we found on a post-it note. Our last record of his whereabouts is that he was seen fleeing the country with a suspicious quantity of nachos.
